Hi All,
I just came across these and am looking for feedback on them.
UTG peep sights
Front

Rear

They are in expensive if they work well. If no one has them I'm willing to be the Guinea Pig.
Thanks for the input.
Been using the UTG rears for several years on my loaners LTR's. Rugged, work well and the kids haven't been able to break it.. https://www.facebook.com/notes/friends-of-florida-appleseeds/liberty-teaching-rifle/10155521880914912/
Currently putting together a Brownell 10/22 clone with a heavy barrel and am using the UTG Ft sight made for the shotguns on the rifle. Measurements should be right for height and it's a lot easier to install than the TechSight .
I'll attach a pic.

Thanks Henry,
I just got a youth model MVP in 5.56 but it doesn't have iron sights and the kids I got it for have good eyes unlike dad. I think I'll order it tomorrow.

Does the rear peep sight work with the factory Ruger front sight, or will a new front sight need to be installed? It looks like with a pic base, the rear will be significantly higher than the current factory rear.
I'm looking at outfighting a couple of our gun club Rugers for AS use. I'd like to have a few with irons, as we currently have 6 with scopes. These are a lot cheaper than the Tech Sights, and I think that you need a front sight with the Tech sight peep.
Thanks.

If your using the UGT rear on a std carbine or rifled barrel 10/22 you will need a UTG clamp on Ft, a TechSight or a NODAK Ft sight.

The link to the front sight is up in my original post. They are much less expensive than tech sites and look easier to install.
I am interested in hearing how these sights worked out?

CD) I haven't ordered them yet. :(
Finally got the chance to put some trigger time on the new rifle. The UTG sights worked perfectly and by a fluke the factory settings were perfect for the ammo I'm using for break in testing.
Didn't have to touch anything.
Now with my ageing eyes I would prefer a smaller rear aperture and a finer front post. If I were going to shoot AQT's a lot with this setup I would be using 6 o'clock hold.
