Title: RED BLUFF, CA SEPT 15-16
Post by: NorCal22Gal on September 20, 2018, 03:44:57 PM
Beautiful temps.  Wonderful students.  What more can you ask for?

We had 6 students, 4 of them youth, for the weekend.  Starting off with safety briefing and as we were waiting for a match to end, did some pre-history before heading down to the line and getting started with the morning red coat.
A stop for lunch and the 1st two strikes.
Back to the line and more teaching.  We stopped early due to some of the students needed to leave early.
We were back at it on Sunday and finished up where we left off, third strike and the dom/dames at lunch.
I was very impressed with the history knowledge the youth had.  It was amazing.
At the end of Sunday, we handed out the Luther Blanchard patch to 4 deserving youth.  They did a great job.
I am looking forward to seeing you all out again sometime.  Bring friends!
