What an amazing weekend, The fine Folks at D&J put on another private Appleseed for their group , that make 5 total ^:)^ :F
Instructors traveled from Melrose to lakeland, and just down the street to work with this great crew.
Saturday Promised rain so the pace was fast, The fire hose was wide open and shooters drank in the knowledge of marksmanship and heritage.
We fit in 3 AQT's before the Heavens opened up. :2t The inaugural Kentucky derby target was a hoot. 2 shooters pulled it off and then Mario, will just leave it at he did things to that backer. :~
After the Dust settled on the weekend we had
3 new Riflemen, KAREN :birthday: AARON and MATT
2 Re-qualified Riflemen SHELLY and BRAD
And 1 new Orange Hat , way to step up SHELLY.
A Cleared redcoat from a 1st time applseed'er and MILK???
Special Thanks, to my Fellow Instructors Smoak, Tom and Steve. Extra Special Thanks to Our Blue Hay Christy. (Blue Hats Rock)

Shelly
Janet and I wished we could have been there! Well done, everyone!
Having seen Shelly, Instructing, New Shooters Twice. I do believe. That Appleseed Has a New Orange hat, that will be a GREAT asset to the Program. She Well knows What She is about.
I see a Red hat in the making. Ladyseeds will be greatly aided By Her Instructions.
But only time will tell. Me thinks a short time.
I truly enjoyed watching the smiles on the students faces and by Sunday, smiles overruled exhaustion. As a blue hat I truly appreciate the instructors, you make it look easy, when we all know it's not. I am always encouraged when I see the students humbly learning and I can see the fires burning from the strikes that were spoken. Special thanks to Cableguy and his lovely wife Erica for providing us a bed, shower and their home. Thank you also to Mario & Shelly with D&J for treating all of the appleseed volunteers like family.
