We had 12 patriotic Americans that joined 5 instructors to practice their marksmanship and learn American history. The conditions: perfect blue skies and a balmy 70 degrees. The results: impressive. From a marksman perspective this is one of the best Appleseed I've had the pleasure of instructing. I saw several shooters shrink 6-8" groups down to 1" groups through diligent application of the steady hold factors, steps of firing the shot, NPOA, and rifleman's cadence.
In the end four went home with Rifleman patches. One took an orange hat. And I hope all gained an appreciation for the sacrifices made by their fellow countrymen on April 19th.
