Dang. Eley for 35 a brick? That stuff is usually high dollar.
Never tried it but it's supposed to be really good.
Eley has a lot of good lines like their target, match, & tenex. Personally, I would be a little weary of this stuff considering its bulk packaging, meaning all the cartridge lube is constiently rubbing on other cartridges and bullets and two the price. In the $0.07/rd range CCI standard is king when it comes to performance vs cost but this is interesting.
If instructors in Texas wanted to go in on a case I would be in for a brick to bench test to for accuracy though.
This was the only thing I could find about it:

The posters were cautious, but seemed to have good results so far.
But, yeah... Eley already has 73 varieties of .22. Why not make one more? ;D
I just split a case with several others. I'll get you my non-evidence based opinion of it as soon as I can get out to the backyard range (darn chores and work) :'(
I apologize for the lousy groups. Trying out a shootingncoat. Really messing with my position.
Ps, the eley smells a little funny when firing. Might be the lube.
Eley does - at least the match ammo I've used. Kind of a sickly sweet smell - smallbore matches can really reek. ;D
CWC: at what distance were those groups shot?
The funny smell is from the priming compound.
FWIW, Midway is selling Norma Tac-22 for .07/rd currently. It's one of the best I've tried in my 10/22s.
shooting was done at 90' (I have a tree planted there, a lot easier to find a repeatable position than getting the measuring wheel and going to 82' every time) ;D
