I'm looking for a digital copy of Fred's Guide to Becoming a Rifleman. Can someone tell me if such a thing still exists or can email me a copy?

There are several manuals/handouts out there. Here is what I have:
1. Fred's guide to becoming a rifleman (was included in an order for targets).
2. Freedom guide (I understand this was a collection of articles authored by Fred and published, I believe, in the "Shotgun Journal")
3. Becoming a riflemyn, a do-it-yourself Manual (published by Project Appleseed).
Riflemyn is not misspelled, that is the name of the manual.
They are all hard copies. I don't know if they exist in digital format.
I'm sure there are more out there.
