Title: The Official Rifleman 3000 Trigger Training Device
Post by: 308LIBERTY on August 02, 2015, 10:50:35 PM
If you thought the IMC stamp was cool, wait til you see this! (This one's inspired by Sly223) Rick always tells this story about the "Master Blaster 3000 Trigger Training Device" when he does 6-steps. I thought it would be super fun to make one for real. Each pen comes with a lesson.

Finally, the "Master-Blaster" Rifleman 3000 Trigger Training Device is a reality. What? You thought a pen was just for writing? Now you can practice trigger control at home or on-the-go, using nothing but this pen! To use, make sure you have good finger placement on the clicker, about the middle of the first pad of your exaggerated "C" shaped trigger finger. (Think like a pirate. Arrrg) Now, gently squeeeeeze the trigger straight back in a fluid motion. Do not jerk, bounce or let go of the clicker. Then hold it back for a second or two and carefully release pressure until you feel the clicker reset. Do not let go of the clicker! For best results, also practice this mantra: Breathe in, breathe out, pause, squeeeze, release. (Before release, imagine the recoil as the shot breaks and call your shot!) Bonus: Now you can take the Rifleman 3000 TTD to the range and use it to measure shot groups and sight adjustments using this innovative MOA scale at distances of 25, 50, 75 and 100 yards (or greater if you are creative with it). Oh, and you can also write with it. 3 tools in one!
