Another great shoot was had at Eunice Rifle and Gun Club. Five shooters turned out to learn the history and gain marksmanship skills. Three of the shooters were one day participants so we moved as quickly as possible to get to the AQTs early. The shooters absorbed the instruction well and it showed. Most shooters were in the 170-200 point range on the first AQT under time.
Sunday brought back two shooters but the heat just didn't let up and no Rifleman scores were turned in. This being their first Appleseed,I'd say scoring above 170 is something to be proud of.
