Today was our second Mini-Mini here in SW Ohio. Lousy weather, but then we had the luxury of using the Miamisburg Sportsmen's Club 25 yard indoor range.
Instructor-in-Training MeanStreaker hosted and coached this shooter, and newcomer, Clint, who did a really great job on the Redcoats and the AQT targets.
Here in this part of the state, we've been busy talking up Appleseed. Just this week, I discussed AS with two gun stores. Am hoping I can help MeanStreaker pitch AS to the Miamisburg Club management. As soon as this shooter's membership application is accepted, we will be able to increase the attendance of our SW OH Mini AS events.

A good time was definitely had by all! Bill is knocking on the door louder and more forcefully to get that Rifleman's patch. 201 today with time expiring before two shots can get off on Stage 2?! As funfaler has told me, "Rifleman's Cadence! Rifleman's Cadence! Rifleman's Cadence will get you there!" :)
I'm glad Bill, Clint and I could come together for a great day of shooting and friendship. Heck, I just realized for the first time... right now... that I didn't pull the trigger one time today........... and I still had a blast!
We'll do it again. And it'll be even bigger. And even better.

Ya know, I got lookin at the last AQT I shot Saturday, and I think I added wrong.
Even with 2 shots short on Stage II, I believe the total score was 209!!!
