Last weekend I did my first KD shoot (having done two regular shoots before). Today my friends and I went shooting up at a local gravel pit. I brought a few rifles to sight in and as the day wore on we broke out the tannerite. Tiny little tubs, maybe 4"x4" set out at 100 yards. My buddy had an FAL with a scope; I had an FN-49 with stock iron sights.
My buddy lit off close to 20 rounds before he finally hit the tannerite.
It took me three shots to hit the first tub, then I took out the next two with the next two shots.
