Spring in Virginia!  After a colder than normal winter and a cold week, it warmed up for the Appleseed. 6 shooters turned up at the Cavalier Rifle and Pistol Club.  Our crew, led by Dangerous Cook included AHMLDO, Oddsreven, misawa and The Wolfhound.  The results were 5 improved shooters and one new rifleman, Mike D.  Of particular interest was the clean Redcoat posted by 11 year old Jason with his deer rifle in .243 on Saturday afternoon.  Great job Jason!

Sounds like a great shoot!  11 year old clearing RedCoats with a .243, HUZZAH!

I hope to be able to assist with a shoot down at that range again this year.  Very nice facility, and great instructor crew as well!

That young man was impressive.  I truly think he could have earned a badge on Saturday if he could have made it out.

Have that young man register for a Maryland shoot!

We have a WAY cool patch for clearing the Redcoats!
