Title: 10/22 Trigger Reset and Overtravel Fix DIY
Post by: FiremanBob on January 06, 2015, 08:55:19 AM
Many people complain about the heavy, creepy trigger pull of the 10/22, but I find its overtravel and long, scratchy reset to be even more annoying. Once you shoot a sweet aftermarket trigger such as a Kidd group or Brimstone job, the OEM experience just doesn't satisfy. I did some simple work on one of mine last night which improved it immensely, and wrote about it on the blog here: http://1022companion.wordpress.com/2015/01/06/diy-trigger-reset-and-overtravel/ (http://1022companion.wordpress.com/2015/01/06/diy-trigger-reset-and-overtravel/).
