JohnnyReb has some really nice pictures on the other UN after action.
If you don't see them you will be missing something.
Saturday we had a really good group but that's not news. Aside from
the rain we had as good a shoot as I have seen in a while. Hawkeye
brought some Tanneright which he hid in some pumpkins. We got two of
them to go off the others didn't go so good.
Unfortunately the overcast kept us from seeing all the effects of the
hits on the pumpkins so we just obliterated them. Those of us that
brought pumpkins put them at a range that was comfortable so some
were at 200 some at 300 and so on. I brought two and put them at 450.
They were set up as a pair one pumpkin was the hostage the other the
evil doer. The hostage pumpkin was in front of and just to left as
shown in the picture. Fun huh? There's nothing like a little
pressure. As you can see the hostage survived.
Saturday was also a pop-up shoot and we got to shoot as much as we
wanted doing the regular exercises including 8-down, sniper and
counter attack. The guys really love counter attack and its lot of
fun.
Fred paid us a visit to talk about the Appleseed Program and
encourage folks to sign up to be an Instructor. A really fine thing.
I want to thank everyone that helps make these shoots happen some you
see some you don't. It ain't a one man show. If you would like to
help let me know and I'll tell you how. Hawkeye, Koma, Dutch, Fred
thanks.

That one on the right really is a bad guy - either named Picasso or else on drugs, big-time. ;D
Looks like he has the shakes, too.
Wildman, Thank You once again for running these shoots. I know all who attended really enjoyed the day.
