Once again we had a great Appleseed event here on the Northern plains, with 13 shooters on the line and three new Riflemen! Congrats to Andrew T, Paul B, and Josephine L for capturing one of those elusive Rifleman badges! The persistence and endurance payed off for all though, with much improvement in everybody's scores.
Weather was fair, a little chilly in the mornings, but breazy and warm in the afternoons. All enjoyed the fellowship and food shared afterhours as well!
Special thanks to Morpheus, who came all the way from Georgia to SB for us, bill97222 who trekked from Dickenson, and the Bornemann family for all their hard work to host for us! Looking forward to more events next summer! :-)
Thanks also to Julie for sharing her pictures with us! :-) More to come shortly...

I had more than one person ask me, "Why are you going to Shoot Boss in North Dakota?" Well, I think that the group pic posted here more than adequately answers that question. Appleseed attracts the finest people I've ever met and this event was no exception.
Congratulations to North Dakota's newest riflemen! This whole group showed such great improvement over these two days and it encouraged me very much to know that such people exist, even in the remoteness of central ND! :) I know that Kintyre ND will have more new riflemen at the next event, especially if these great shooters dry fire practice at home! Remember, riflemen persist!!
I want to thank MrFixit and his fine family for their hospitality; Hospitality that may even rival that of the South! It was wonderful to be amongst such fine folks. I also want to thank the shooters for showing up, making this trip most worth while. Thank you all! I would not hesitate to do it again!!
