The guys at the CMP are the best.. I bought an M1 last fall. Just went to shoot it and it had a problem loading less than a full enblock. Went to my armorer to see what I was doing wrong. He couldn't figure it out so I called CMP and they sent me a free return label. They got the rifle back to me in 9 days. 9 days including shipping. It now will lock in an enblock with 2 rounds. Will shoot it next weekend. Thanks CMP, I really appreciate your help.

Do you know what they did to solve the issue?
Nope. No invoice. No note. No parts list. Just fixed it and sent it back.
I will dissect it later and see if I can figure it out.

This is very good news since I'm having the same problem. I just thought that was the way things worked with the 2 or 5 round clips. Sounds like I need to contact the CMP.
Same here. I can get it, but its hit or miss to do it quickly.
