My father in law handed me some spent 7mm mag brass, and I saw this. He thought it was just another caliber, but the headstamp says same same. (Normal says R.P as well, blown says F C). I'm suspecting an out of battery, but I'm no expert. Rifle was a bolt action.
Fired in a 300 maybe... would be my guess.
