Title: June 14-15, 2014 Fresno, CA

Well, it was a very hot weekend, but our shooters still did a lot of learning.  We had three shooters the first day.  Most of the round on the first Redcoat didn't even hit the paper.  But the two shooters that returned on Sunday were clearing the 200 yard silhouette, so they did a lot of improving.  If they keep going to Appleseeds and dryfire at home they will get it soon!  All the shooters had very little experience with rifles so they did not have too many bad habits to break.  All they need to do now is get what we have taught them to become second nature.

We quit about 3 both days because it was just getting too hot for the shooters (especially for the one who had a black mat) and their scores were only getting worse at that point.  But, that's what you get for living in the Central Valley during the summer time...
