The next annual installment of our Instructor KD weekends up in beautiful Dalton, NH. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend. Limited wind, warm and blue skys all around. In all we had 6 shooters over the two days. We managed 4 AQTs on paper over the course of the weekend, and a hits count AQT on steel. We also did some great drills on steel with both centerfires and .22s.
A great weekend, can't wait to do it again next year!
I'd like to thank Ninsho for running this event. It was a lot of fun, and I got to meet some cool Appleseeders. I had an excellent time, except for climbing the hill ;)
2014 is my come back year.
These days were a great start to that. Most perfect days.
Had a nice work out with the old service rifle and got to break out the new NY state rifle.
Found some issues with this old body and found some issues with the set up on the new rifle. Some things that just don't show up in basic practice.
A most pleasant crew to shoot with, some I've know and some new people.
The hill hurt at first, but after a few times up it got me thinking again about the Presidential Range, like I said this is my comeback year.
Thanks to all for a great 2 days.
