WOW a small but great appleseed in the black swap as SCSC kicked off it's 7th season of hosting appleseed !
Thanks to all the instructors and to Blindman who did a great job at his first SBIT and congrats to Cadence for his switch to a red hat ! and to Cassie and Jim who donned an orange cap ...the program welcomes.we knew we'd wear you down eventually.
Also congrats to our new Ohio RifleWomen ! Cassie with a 227 now known as "Iron Lady" and Samantha with a 220 now known as Miss Count ...( she'd eventually get that 3-3-4 thing !) Miss Count dad's also re confirmed his rifleman skills . Thanks for bringing Ben and Sam with you ! Ben is next to complete rifleman family in the making !

And wow, what a jump from two weeks ago. 175 to 227 in one Appleseed, it must have been all that great instruction you got in Gibsonburg.
Great job Posterboy on passing out so many hats. That has to be the highest hat to shooter ratio ever. Huzzah!!! ^:)^
Sounds like everybody had a great time, weather was perfect and it sounds like the marksmanship was just as good.
I look forward to working with all the new orange hats soon. In fact there is a shoot in Liberty Center in three weeks that could use some more help. So if Posterboy can get you guys registered with Instructor Promotions, feel free to sign up to work the shoot. We have a good group (around 25 shooters) and it will be a great chance for a new IIT to start learning the ropes.

I don't know if Steadfast got a picture of Blindman shooting the Brown Bess, but he did use the some sling tension to steady the rifle, although not hasty. ;D.
Steadfast - Can you post the picture of the Brown Bess target if it turned put? Show everyone these Applseeders have marksmanship skills even with a flintlock!
