It was interesting to hear what AMU teaches regarding trigger finger placement.
Any time you have the opportunity to listen to Brandon Green, 2013 National High Power Champion and current Record holder for a 50 shot match with a 500-33x (shot a couple of weeks ago), you should. He knows shooting and irons sights.
Back in 2012 I was working his target at the Creedmoor cup matches in North Carolina. At 600 yards he fired his first sighter, in the pits, there was no hit. The line called for a mark, but there was nothing there. First sighter was a miss. He fired his second sighter and hit the paper in the 7 ring at 11 o'clock. His first shot for record as a 9. He finished that 20 shot string with a 197-14x. He is the real deal when it comes to shooting rifles. By the way at that match a 197-14 was good for 7th place. The winning prone was shot by the holder of the National Highpower record of 2396-161x out of 2400, Sherri Gallagher (199-14x).
