Title: One quick note of appreciation: Couer d'Alane shoot - April 13 2014
Post by: Wagon on April 14, 2014, 03:41:28 PM
I attended my very first Appleseed event just this last weekend, came home with a sore neck, a stiff back and aching bones, the experience is just phenomenal.   I have learned (more like corrected by) the proper techniques in rifle shooting by a group of fantastic instructors.   The history sessions made me more appreciative on what we have been enjoying today but been taking things for granted  (by the way.. I grew up in a British colony myself :-))

Kudos to the Shoot Boss (Pat), the Instructors (Bill, Peter, Jeff, Andy, ... in no particular order... and some names that I have forgotten) for their uber patience and mastery teaching to us noobs.   It was one heck of weekend well spent!

I do want to attend another Appleseed, will try to bring my wife and kids too.   (btw, this is "Lew")

THANK YOU, APPLESEED!

Lew, it was truly a pleasure meeting and working with you this weekend. You took instruction extremely well, you payed attention, asked questions, and applied what you learned. I sincerely hope our paths cross again in the near future, hopefully with you having an orange hat on your head! Best,

-Peter
