I am looking at the Shoot Roster this AM to see if anyone has signed up to work Clearwater and not only is Clearwater understaffed - so is the rest of the state for the entire year. I see some die-hard SBs, red hats and IITs signed up across the year, but they can only be in one place at a time and there are a lot of orphaned events - SB and all. What's going on? Are we done?
How many orange hats have been handed out in FL to date? I'll bet more than 100 and I see maybe a dozen signed up for events - maybe less. This ship is sinking and the only chance we have is to educate the masses in a hurry.
If you've given up, please let IS know so we can take you off the roster and know better where we really are as an organization. If not, and I pray not, please sign up for events well in advance so we aren't scrambling at the last minute or worse, canceling events. I see some folks working three weekends in a row. I know a couple that worked every weekend from early January well into February. Why? Because someone has to make up for thems who do not work at all. This weekend I will be pulling in a couple that aren't even hatted to help keep the line safe. Two students or two hundred - every event is important to Liberty.

Tom, you and Teresa are appreciated more than you can know. Now where are the rest of the Florida instructors? It is my understanding that the country has not been saved yet. Did I miss something?

Doesn't really apply to ya'll, as you are active, but I appreciate the response. I went to look at an event I ran last weekend and had only a single IIT signed up. Then I scrolled down and saw that very few events have very few, of the same folks signed up. This creates a panic for SBs and the FL SCs. We have a lot of venues lined up, thanks to a lot of hard work and from the sign up sheet - it looks like we have very few active instructors - hence my abrasive comments.
So many have worked so hard over the years to git FL and the rest of the nation rolling - now we need to stay with it till it shines.
