This was a great weekend! Saturday started off cool but marched right up to the high of 50, Sunday was very windy and was cooler with the high as 42.
Everyone improved immensely though the entire weekend, and learned a lot more about their equipment.
Hope to see lots of comments and feedback, photos will be up soon.
KD Cat. :)
Weather was great on Saturday, not so much on Sunday, but Riflemen persist!
The turn out of Shooters was good, everyone had a good learning attitude!
We had one shooter who qualified as Rifleman on the last AQT of the day on Sunday. Jeremy is an Arkansas Army National Guard Veteran and served in Iraq and Afghanistan, he has also served in the USMC. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with and had a good learning attitude!
Here's a pic of Jeremy and KD Cat!

This was the sixth shoot we have had at the Vets Shooting Center. My thanks to the McCarty brothers for graciously allowing us to use this range for our Appleseeds!
This was my first shoot to officially serve as a "Blue Hat", though I have been serving in a similar way while wearing the "Orange Hat".
I just want to say that I was impressed by the young men and women who helped Shoot Boss Mutti with the instruction over the two days. RiflesNReins(Red Hat), KDCat(Orange Hat), Mike1Alpha(Orange Hat) and Amos(Orange Hat). These young people are the future of Appleseed and we should endeavor to help and empower them as much as possible.
It is true what "they" say - AppleSeeder's are some of the nicest Americans you will ever meet. This was our first visit to Bald Knob and I hope not the last. The McCarty brothers are very supportive and the V.E.T.S. Shooting Center felt like home. I'll let the pictures tell the story. Thank you very much Students and Arkansas Instructor Corp for the welcome. ^:)^ (Saturday Photos - RiflesnReins will have Sundays later)

Congratulations on your Rifleman Patch and thanks for your service to our country!
I would like to start off by saying thank you to V.E.T.S Shooting Center for allowing us to use such an amazing range. Everything just seemed to go perfect this weekend, from the nice weather to the nice people. I had the opportunity to work with some fine young ladies and young gentlemen (instructors included), who just made this event memorable. I took some photos that I'm going to contribute to this thread, however if anyone else has pictures to add please do.
