Title: Month Long Libertyseed
Post by: The Old Guide on February 16, 2014, 02:21:19 PM
Our church is quite taken with Project Appleseed. Our minister has asked North Country Lady and me to organize and conduct three of our Sunday services in April. We may not do Easter Sunday. The once a year participants might be confused by it.

Much to my surprise, our minister has asked the congregation to bring their rifles and put them in the entry just as our forefathers did back them. We will likely be doing monthly Project Appleseed presentations for the foreseeable future. These will be mostly Wednesday nights, but some will be Friday afternoons when we have the food cupboard. This is quite an outreach for our church and not something I pushed. I just recommended that we mention our forefathers and sing hymns of that period on one Sunday in April. It grew from there.

This is fantastic.  Would that every congregation in the country do the same.

Amen to that.

I just received an email yesterday from a pastor - he rocks:

He wanted to know how to get an RWVA membership.
