Ramseur was plenty cold this weekend but nothing like the Boone Winterseed! Congratulations to our fellow NC instructors who withstood the snow and ice of our western mountains while we dealt with only the cold and wind. It was great to have two events in NC in January!
Ramseur had 5 students who received the undivided attention of 6 instructors. Consequently we had 4 out of 5 make Rifleman! Only one was a requalification.
Four of our new Appleseeders had recently moved to NC from less than "gun friendly" states like New York, Massachusetts and Connecticut. Our repeat student, a senior NCO currently at Fort Bragg, came by way of Colorado. He is a true Rifleman by numerous standards.
We welcome each and all, Liberty loving fellow Americans to our state and our ranks!
