Title: Ruger asking for 10-22 design ideas contest...sense an Appleseed LT opportunity!

Ladies and Gents,

     Just received communication from Ruger announcing a one week contest:
Submit "your" customized 10-22: picture, parts list, etc. by 18 October.
Ten finalists (great prizes).  Grand prize winner (probably) gets his/her rifle produced...

Perhaps Ruger gets second at-bat for producing the TALO-suggested 10-22 Appleseed LR?

Great potential, especially as we await the Marlin 795 LTR production to begin.

At the Appleseed today I saw a 10/22 that had production issues. Very badly done machining where the bolt slides. They need to work on quality.
