Another great Annapolis shoot is under our belt, and 4 new and 1 re-qual Riflemen, join the cadre!
Weather was great for BOTH days shoots. Saturday, saw 20 shooters on the line and the introduction of the rapid relays concept. Students (even the repeats) didn't seem to mind the change, and all showed great progress from their starting points on Sat AM.. We managed to squeek in 1 AQT late Saturday, with 2 shooter scoring above 210.
The skys opened up, just after class ended for the day..
Sunday saw the return of 16 shooters, so the relay concept was not necessary. All shooters did well, all improving and 3 more making Rifleman, and several others above 200... I believe many of these students WILL be back, to persist to achieve their Rifleman designation.
History lessons we're well received and the indebtedness, urgency, and need to get off the couch was welcomed by all students.
