Pistol Matches
The first match is for 1911 style auto pistols that will be of .45 ACP and be of a military style. The pistol must be able to magazine seven rounds and have no optics or lasers of any kind.
The second match will be for other auto pistols that are center fire. This would include but not be limited to 9mm, 40 calibers, and 32 autos. These pistols must also have no optics or lasers and be able to magazine seven rounds.
The third class will be for rim fire pistols only. These auto pistols should be allowed to magazine seven rounds as well and no optics or lasers will be allowed.
By adding a third class we can open the competition a little more and have the rim fire shooters competing against other rim fire and not against center fire.
Two trophies will be awarded for each of the three classes. The shooters first attempt in any of the three classes will be considered his "shoot of record" in that class. The shooter may reenter and shoot again but his first score is the one that will be used in trophy consideration.
In scoring on the field, the range officer's decision is final. A round that breaks the line will be awarded the next higher point value. Any safety violation will result in the shooter being disqualified from the match. All pistols will come to the range empty and leave empty. All loading will occur on the range's time.
Cost is $5.00 per match.
Registration begins at 8:00 am
