Thank you to those who came out this Friday and Saturday to brave the Idaho wind and dust to learn and improve!
Saturday dawned a bit cool, but quickly warmed to a beautiful day. It was fantastic to see those groups get and paper and shrink! Thankfully, the rain came after we were done and on the way home.
Sunday had a couple of extra perks. Thank you, Mr. Carlos, for coming out in full Rev. War militia and army dress to share with us a bit what it was like for the men at the time. I think we all learned a few things! O0 The wind decided to reprise its June showing and send a large dust devil straight through the shooting bay. Thank you, Jen123Rex, for being attentive and getting us to hold onto the canopies before it hit!
Remember, a rifleman has persistence. Take time to practice what you learned this weekend, especially dry firing. Those positions will come a lot more natural after you spend some time with them. Fifteen minutes a night will make a huge improvement.
We look forward to seeing you back soon!
