For what it's worth...our host up in Mason tells me that people are holding off on preregistering because they can't find ammo.
I have a short term solution in the 525 round bulk packs that I have squirreled away that I will sell to students at my cost (~$20) along with an adjusted lower round COF but that strategy won't work when my ammo stash runs out.
Then what?
I suggest we put our heads together to develop a strategy to deal with the Great Ammo Drought of 2013.
Thanks, Taylor/aka Mike
How about we make this a team building excercise.
One shooter pay for the shoot the other bring ammo or gas or lunch or pay for gas.
We reduce ammo use by half, one brick for every 2 shooters.
Bring a friend share the experience , fill the lines :~
Adapt the COF

You are a great guy Taylor....I think I might sign up for one of your shoots
FYI Cabelas is now getting 525 bulk 22lr ammo about twice a week so things are getting better
Just got back from the gun show in Hayward where ancient looking Remington Kleenbore std velocity .22 LR was priced at $20/brick and Eley what I believe was std velocity was available at $50/brick. I resisted the temptation.
Hats off to Rory owner of near-by Dad's Guns who had Appleseed flyers already in place at a table near the entrance. O0
Mike,
I think I might have some .22 ammo you guys can borrow---I'll do some checking to see what I have.
