Please welcome the Poulsbo Sportsman Club (PSC) as the newest range in Washington! ^:)^
They are located at 16990 Clear Creek Road NW, Poulsbo, WA 98370 on the Olympic Peninsula. We have a shoot scheduled for April 13-14 with 25 spots on the firing line. We hope to sell this first event out, so please sign up and bring a friend.
Thank you, Prescott, for making a presentation to the club's leadership.

Indeed. There is already another shoot scheduled for September 14-15, 2013. Here is the information page: http://appleseedinfo.org/search-states-location.php?locationid=373

Please sign up, tell your family and friends, and help us get the word out. This range is an excellent facility that rolled out the red carpet for us when we were out there in April.

So I would be very interested in helping at the Poulsbo SC for future events.
I have never attended an Appleseed event so I don't know what the process is for becoming part of the "team."
Could someone point me in the general direction?
Much thanks in advance.
JustInCase,
Thanks for being willing to step up. We are an all volunteer organization so we are always looking for more help.
The Seattle area is really exploding right now with shoots in Poulsbo, Port Townsend and Bremerton. There are even talks of 1 or 2 other ranges in the area who are interested in what we do.
To join the team, there are 3 things we need:
1. We ask you to attend at least two events as a shooter. We want you to see what we do and how we operate. Please pick a couple of events and come out to shoot. Experience Appleseed from the ground up. Helping to get the word out and bringing shooters to the line is the first step.
2. If you want to be an instructor, we ask that you shoot a rifleman's score on the AQT (210 or better on an AQT). This is not a requirement for stepping up as a blue hat (admin) support.
3. Make a commitment to help. We ask for a minimum of 4 events per year.
Here's a link to the NW schedule to find an upcoming event: http://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=34896.0
Feel free to PM myself or Theophilus (State Coordinator) if you have any questions. RL, paulw and Earl are all instructors in the area if you prefer to meet someone for a cup of coffee or something.
Thank you very much!
