Title: Case Lube Bag
Post by: Pappy on July 20, 2008, 07:45:00 PM
Hello Group; Here is a idea that works well for me. Take one large heavy duty ziplock type bag apply a small dabb of your favorite case lube inside the bag, I use rooster red case lube. Place bag between hands and rub together to spread out lube. Fill bag 2/3 full a bit more or less is OK with cleaned brass with cob removed. SEAL BAG!! Roll on table or other flat surface back and forth. Do not use to much lube or you will get shoulder dents, trial and error . You should be able to lube faster than you can reload using this. Dispose of the bag when it will not stay sealed. Around ten uses. This method works well for me.  :)J.Papineau

I use Dillon's case lube with the same method. It's nice because it's just lanolin suspended in alcohol. Toss in the cases, spray a few shots of lube in the bag and shake for a while, then open the bag to let the alcohol evaporate and you're good to go. You get a nice, thin and even coating on all the cases. Never had a stuck case or hydraulic dent with this method. The heavy-duty freezer bags last the longest, but you can use pretty much anything.

I use the Lee Lube in Alcohol, put in Ziplock with brass, roll around then pour out to dry.. Works perfect  :D
