Title: PA November shoots
Post by: Publican on September 16, 2012, 12:35:59 AM
I plan to attend a November shoot as an IIT. I see that we have 2 - Audubon and Manheim - Nov 17-18.

Financially, Manheim is more doable because I can camp (I think the camp ground is open year round). It appears that no one is signed up for either yet.

I will plan on taking those days off work and being available. Preference would be the camping option BUT if no one signs up as shooters there and there are shooters for Audubon, I will of course help out and hopefully be able to split a room w/ someone.

Your always welcom at Manheim.

Most shooters do not sign up until the month of the shoot.

Mal and I are always there.

This will be the plan then. Will try to reserve space at campground ASAP.

I am prepared to do Hezekiah Wyman if you would like. Will try and work up another piece of the History as well. Not sure what though.

You can get a room with a mini fridge and running water ( possably hot, but not guaranteed) for the same price. I stay right off the turn pike a little spot called the red carpet inn I believe. Usually have 2 beds in the room every time I've stayed their so if someone was else was going up their, like say.... Steve you guys could split the room.
Don't know how much it costs in the "off" season but the camp ground is crazy expensive during the season.
