What a great weekend we had at Northern Chester County Sportsman's Club. Thank you to this fine club for its' support of Project Appleseed. A special thank you to club members Fran and his wife Jennifer who keep us well fed at our events. (now if I could just lose a few pounds before lunch)
Nine shooters on the line enjoying a beautiful Pennsylvania weekend and weather better than we have had in awhile. Except for the thunder storm which rolled through about 3:00 in the afternoon, the weather was perfect.
This was a family affair! We had four shooters, John, John, Brian, and Austin representing 3 generation of their family. Art and Jeff are a great pair of brothers. and they brought along their friend Alex to round out a threesome. Jim spent the weekend with his daughter Rachel and they had some real father/daughter quality time together.
While the marksmanship was certainly fun, the shooters were absolutely glued to the screen during the history presentations given by Roverace, and rmsr. These guys can spin a yarn and then some.
Shooters, I want to thank you all on behalf of the Club and the Appleseed program for giving us the opportunity to meet and work with you in advancing the cause of Liberty and Freedom!
