Title: Florida has a new Red Hat!

Be it known to all that Ken Tomblin (AKA: Engineer Shooting) has been promoted to full instructor status having completed all the steps required and passing every one with
flying colors. At his last event in Gainesville on Aug. 4-5 his old Orange Hat was suitably retired and a shiny new Red Hat affixed to his head. Look out, I see Shoot Boss in the future!
