We had a first for Appleseed. 22 cadets from Valley Forge Military Academy and College (VFMAC) came out to Lower Providence Rod and Gun Club (LPRGC) in Audubon PA for a 1 day Appleseed. The cadets were ages 13 through 22.
VFMAC graciously provided hot chow for the cadets and the instructors! LPRGC members provided 18 loaner rifles, shooting mats and logistical and NRA instructor support for the event.
We had 1 shooter clean their final redcoat to earn a challenge coin!
Cadet, instructor and club feedback was outstanding!
Appleseed pr4ovided a set of revolutionary war flags to the senior cadet so that when they get their indoor range repaired, they can host their own Appleseeds!
There were too many pictures to post here so here are links to the photo's

We look forward to a long relationship with VFMAC!
A big "thank you" and congratulations to the cadets of VFMAC. You were great, and I am confident that going forward you will take the lessons learned at the event and apply them! The biggest lesson, 'a rifleman persists', and I have no doubt that each one of you has all the ingredients you need to become riflemen.
A huge thank you to LPRGC for hosting the event and to all of the members who donated their time helping us on the line with instruction and to those who loaned their rifles to the cadets and helping to make this event a huge success.
Again congratulations, and thank you all for a wonderful and safe day!
