Kenjo,

Thanks for stepping up! O0  You and I can work the booth together in the morning.  Theophilus and Joni could take the afternoon shift.  This event is adequately covered but it would be nice if we have a couple more folks sign up to work it.  I'm sure this will be a valuable learning experience for us all.

This show is just a few miles from the Stevenson, WA range, so the booth helpers could get a little trigger time in (and check out the range) when they are off duty.

Just curious. How big of a venue is this show? Number of tables and such. Is there a web link for this event by chance?

I don't think it is huge, 06en.  It is a relatively small show but the folks at Cascade Sportman's Club say it is pretty well attended.

Theophilus went to a small collector's show in Vancouver and was surprised at the number of folks who came through it (he ran out of a handful of tri-folds).

My goals for this show are:
Currently I have limited promotional materials.  I asked for some and I think/hope they are on their way.  Once I get them, I will be sure to send plenty home with the instructors who come to work the show.

I hope to work some larger shows when there are shoots a month or two months out.

Thanks for the checklist, Shadowman.

I will be there, Joni will be there if she feels well enough.
Tear down should be pretty simple.  I can do that.
