Am I right in assuming that none of the wood furniture kits have a free float handguard?

Correct. They do not make for free float.
We are duration coating dark wood earth to match.

Very cool!

Castle Mountain, do I understand it that you're a manufacturer?

By any chance, if I were have to some hardwood of sentimental value and we could prep it to your starting specs, do you offer that kind of semi-custom production?

Wonder if they would fit over the free-float tubes that take the normal handguards.
Might need a tad 'o fitting, but might also be an option.

edited to add: Here is a picture of the kind of tube I am talking about for those that are unfamiliar with them.
They replace the barrel nut and handguard retention ring at the front and result in free-floated handguards.
