Please note that there is now an updated version of the Appleseed Host Range Agreement for 2012. The new document, among other enhancements, is an Adobe Acrobat fill-in form. This new form can be filled in on a computer and the final copy can be printed (NOT saved) for the final signature and date line. This new form should help to eliminate questions and ambiguities raised by illegible handwriting on the agreements.
All NY Shoot Bosses and Boots-on-the-Ground should begin using the new form immediately - I've attached a copy to this thread, and the final form will be made available on the TIPS board shortly. It should also be noted that a new Host Range Agreement should be filed for all ranges each year, to keep range information current and accurate.
