We had a well run shoot this weekend, Nemo Hunter ran the shoot as SBIT and did an outstanding job!! We were helped by Brumley Dog on Sat. Doc also showed up and helped out for the week end, Restless showed on Sunday and gave us a hand.
We had 6 shooters on Sat. and Two made Rifleman James a first time ASer and Dan Steele from Quincy IL (border raid) Dan had been to the BG shoot before. He also took an orange hat on Sunday, Yea Dan!!
On Sunday we had two more make rifleman Kenzie and Lamar both of them had been to Bowling green before. We have two that are going to take an orange hat at Rose Bud in Dec. So all in all we had a very good weekend, we would like to thank everyone who tried to get a shoot boss to us but everyone had other comitments, So we drove on and made it without one.
We had some good team work and it was one of the smoothest shoots I have been too. I am sure Witchy Woman will post some good pictures and Nemo will follow up with things I missed.

Great strides were made by all shooters. a few of the other rifleman were VERY interested in a hat as well. They will likely be going to Rosebud in Dec. I will be there with hats to make sure they get all they deserve and want LOL.
All in all it was great shoot if i do say so myself. You could not have asked for nicer weather or better folks to work with. It quite simply made the mission easy.
WooHoo!!! Congrats to all the new Riflemen. Persistence does pay off!! ^:)^ :~
And Congrats to the new Orange Hat IIT! Dan, thanks for steppin' up!!! Pls send "dond" a PM to let him know your forum name so we can get you added to the instructor list in Illinois.
Great job everyone. O0 Just keep making those Riflemen and IITs. O0
I want to thank all the shooters and instructors for such a great weekend!!
Seeing the shooters take what we teach them, apply it, run with it and succeed is all we could ask for.
Super happy for Dan, James, Kenzie, and Lamar for a job well done. Shane, awesome job shooting 3 rifleman scores in one day! And YAY DAN for taking a HAT!!!
Jungle George, Nemo, Doc, Brumley Dog, and Restless, as always it's an honor to instruct side by side with you.

Oh and George, I would have posted the pics but Nemo got ahold of my phone and beat me to it, lol.
I live next to the fairgrounds where the Appleseed Project takes place. Last Sunday, I heard the traffic leaving the fairgrounds, and heard my dog barking. No one has seen our black lab since that time. We have looked anywhere we believed she could be and found no indicators as tp what could have happened.
If anyone has any information as to what may have happened, please call 573-795-2772. There is a $250 reward for her safe return, no questions asked.
