The Canadian Invasion continues... we had a beautiful weekend for this shoot; couldn't have asked for better weather up here in the North Country. We had a Canadian family of three arrive, outnumbering the Americans onsite. But not to worry - our Canuck bretheren are teachable and our particpants definitely arrived with a good attitude.
No rifleman scores produced, but both Derek and Carolee had fun shooting and showed strong improvement. I have no doubt that Derek would have achieved the score given a second day of shooting.
Three Strikes went well - for many Canadians it is their first exposure to the details of the American Revolution and it was a good opportunity to tell the story as it really happened. Hopefully we'll see some more Canadians coming over the border to join us at Massena in the future!
It was a great day, thank Candian Princess for the awesome job at 7th stepping.
Here is a pick of the youngest Canadian with the Camp Perry "special" Blinder in action.
Nice job in the North Country,,
That looks like "Designer" shooting wear, field expedient method at its best!!
