We tell students that AS draws from centuries of rifle knowledge. Here's some of that body of knowledge, as documented nearly a century ago.
Clearly, a nation of Riflemen produced such a book. However- either productive work or deleterious neglect decide whether or not the next generation preserves or squanders that descriptor: a Nation of Riflemen.
