Title: Several shoots coming up with few or no instructors signed up yet

Harvard - 8/6-7
Harvard 9/19
Leyden 9/24-25
Harvard 10/15-16
Mansfield 10/29-30

Many of these shoots don't even have a shoot boss signed up, much less IITs or instructors. We've got 6 shoot bosses, 7 Red Hats, and 14 IITs (not counting the IIT0s) - where IS everybody?
