Congratulations, SLY223! 

Just over a year from first event to Red Hat.  Not bad at all, considering ALL the bad habits we had to break!

You've done an outstanding job, and I gotta say, Red is definitely your color!

Seriously, this is a case of pure dedication and commitment to our worthy cause. Rick has more darn heart than most of the men I have ever met. He kept at it until it shined and earnt every thread in that new hat. Looks good on him too don't it?  O0
