I have built up three rifles on their 10/22 receiver.  My impression is that they put out a high quality product, all of the holes are on the tight side and all of the stock/aftermarket  "internals" fit and function well.  However the outside dimensions of the receiver are different than the Ruger receiver.  That means you can't interchange sights, bases or anything else that attaches to the outside of the receiver. They do sell an extended 1913 rail for a scope base that works well. If I remember correctly their rear sight is only windage adjustable with the elevation done on the front.  Just like the original M-16.   For what I needed, I am more than happy with it.

I've built a rifle on their receiver, the one they don't make anymore(AS liberty rifle)--it's been redesigned.  My impression is that it is a quality product, and my only gripe is a that the receiver does not have a cleaning hole in the back wall.  IDK, maybe it is in the new version.  I've had problems with the rifle, and have cursed Mr. Ruger's design many times as I was assembling it, but never a problem with the receiver itself.  Some fitting may be required, however.
With Clarke bull barrel, it is capable of very tight groups, and my personal best with it is 235 on an AQT.

Building my second NDS-22 based rifle. First one has an A&B bull barrel, Black NoDak Nds-22, walnut stock with a Monte Carlo comb/cheek-piece and a 3x9 scope. It is a heavy little bear, but a steady shooter, 2 MOA 3 shot groups out to 100 yards with Blazer Bulk. It also sports a jeweled and reworked bolt along with a silver extended bolt handle.

The second one is silver (Al) and will have the NoDak iron sights, a ruger 10/22 stainless barrel and an after market silver (Al) trigger group, polished Aluminum buttplate and barrel band on a 1970's walunt stock finished with tru-oil. The trigger itself is black along with the sights and mag lever and extended bolt handle in black. This one will also have a polished and reworked bolt.

At 130 bucks, you can't beat them even w/o a clean out hole in the back. A factory receiver will cost $95 and has that awful paint.
