Instructor corps.
Master Instructor 2 ?, Senior Instructor 0, Shoot Bosses 2, Red hats 1, IITs 12.
We did add considerably to our instructor corps this year. We recruited 12 IITs throughout the year and lost one after 1 shoot. We moved to IITs up to Red Hat and 1 of those to Shoot Boss. We have a good bunch of IITs that are progressing up the ladder as well.
