New Virginia Red Hat.

I have been lax of late in notifying the state of new Red Hats. I plan to correct that now.

Thanks, everybody, I'm getting all choked up.

I'm glad I can help carry the load with a great group of Virginians.
If we all keep pushing, we can turn this country back onto the right course.
