I'm looking for the swivel part that attaches a swivel to the 10/22 barrel band (see the highlighted part below). Uncle Mike's sells them with the 1" sling swivels for the 10/22, but I need the 1-1/4" swivels. Does anyone know where I can get one? My last LTR actually came with one.

I'm not surprised that folks are wanting/looking/needing these little gems. I really can't help anyone out with one within the next 2 weeks, but I will be manufacturing barrel band swivel studs (just the studs) very very soon. The problem I have noticed with the UM BBSS is that they are just a little too thick, not allowing the band to clamp onto the stock well. When I have some done I will offer them on the Steals and Deals forum.
I will have them available when I'm at any AS I'm helping at, for I've noticed that several shooters would have benefitted having them. Zip-ties will work in a pinch, but it's always nice to have exactly what is needed.

Toss the barrel band. Drill a hole in your stock's forearm. Screw in a conventional screw-type post stud.
Removing the barrel band increases accuracy on 10/22s. It did on mine.

+1 I bought that kit, and bought a separate pair of the 1 1/4" swivels. When the connector is installed, the barrel band is loose, and when I tried to grind down the band, it broke. It's just a crappy piece of pot metal, or die-cast zinc or something like that. Toss it.
When I do my part, I can put five shots in one ragged hole at 25 meters. My 10/22 has the stock barrel.
To echo the suggestions above: If you check the fancy walnut sporter stock, there is no barrel band, and the factory mount is located (in terms of distance between the mounts) exactly where the barrel band is. And, if you take off the barrel band and drill a hole under it, you can always put the barrel band back on to sell it that way if someone is worried about the cosmetics.
While you're at it: The Outdoor Connection 1.25" swivels from numerous outlets (e.g., Midway) are much more solid than Uncle Mike's.
Franklinfarmer: Good Quote.
Freeman: Don't worry if you damage your 10/22 stock by drilling it for swivel studs. LOTS of folks buy 10/22 rifles just for the actions so you can find takeoff barrels and stocks for a song on Gunbroker and various "For Sale" sections of gun forums. The going rate for a takeoff 10/22 wood stock is $20. So if you screw yours up, it's only a $20 hickey to replace it.

Thanks for all the help everyone! :)
I prefer to use the Uncle Mike's threaded studs with nuts. You simply have to drill a shallow hole on the inside of the stock barrel channel for the nut. It is much more solid than simply screwing a stud into the wood. This is what rifle manufacturers use for their front stock studs. I went ahead and bought the special drill bit from Uncle Mike's which drills the stud hole and nut relief in a single step. With a cordless drill at the range it makes adding a stud a few minute job.
