We had about a dozen shooters on the line throughout the weekend. Saturday was HOT, sunny and muggy. The shooters persevered however, and no complaints were heard. Buzzworth's carport canopy saved the day to supply some afternoon shade. My wife made her famous pasta salad for lunch. Maybe we should start calling it Appleseed Salad? Sunday was a little cooler. End result was one Rifleman who picked up the orange hat. Thank you Tim! All shooters did well and improved, especially a couple of youngsters we had there. Waizen did a wonderful job on his first Appleseed as an official IiT. One shooter had a very unique sitting style. He could bend over enough to put his elbows right on the ground. Very steady, but not something everyone could do, for sure.
Thank you to Buzzworth, Smithy, Waizen, my daughter who did Admin, and all the people who did support work to help make this shoot a success.
