The instructors were VAshooter, BeSwift and Cheeks.
The weather was perfect but the local press was forecasting very hot weather and that evidently kept people home because we only had six students even though the shoot was sold out weeks ahead of time. It was a very relaxed event with three instructors and six students. Three shooters achieved at least one Rifleman score and one shot Rifleman three times.
Both Cheeks and BeSwift completed the PC's and moved up as IIT's
All in all, it was a very pleasant weekend.

Any tips on how this location is selling out months in advance?

I don't remember the count on how many were free shooters that didn't show. It seemed to be about half and half, but I may be wrong. VaShooter could probably answer that one.
I think Annapolis sells out early due to BeSwift's promotion efforts on various Maryland Gun boards, and internally at his club. He can give more info on that. Also, I think Annapolis is the closest Appleseed location to Northern Virginia and DC metro area.
